Butterscotch Jaggery Cake

this is very simple and easy to do. this cake is made with butterscotch sauce which i already posted. this made with jaggery and we can suggest to diet people and diabetic patients too, this is very good to all . we now follow simple steps .

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Sieve flour , baking powder, salt and keep aside
  • Melt butter and jaggery in bowl and strain and keep aside
  • In bowl beat egg and vanilla essence
  • Now add butter jaggery and butterscotch in egg and beat well
  • Now add flour and mix gently
  • Now pour in greased pan and bake in pre heated oven for 40 mins in 180 degree / 350 f .
  • Now its ready to serve Butterscotch Jaggery Cake
