Paneer Mushroom Frankie

Ingredients
  

  • For Dough
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • for stuff
  • paneer 1/2 cup
  • mushroom 1/2 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1/2 no.
  • garlic and ginger 1 tsp
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 4 tsp
  • cheese 1 cube

Instructions
 

  • slice the onion and chop the tomato, ginger, garlic, paneer, mushroom and cabbage
  • prepare dough from wheat flour, salt and water
  • take small ball and roll it
  • heat the tawa and cook it by applying ghee both the side
  • heat the ghee in a pan and temper the ginger and garlic
  • add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add cabbage and mix it
  • now add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and mix it
  • add mushroom and paneer, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins
  • once it get cooked add grated cheese and mix it
  • now keep the masala in the chappati and roll it
  • paneer mushrrom frankie is ready
