Bread Egg Masala

Bread Egg masala is a brilliant breakfast or snack recipe. The Children will love to have in the evening after coming from school.

Ingredients
  

  • Rajma 1 cup
  • aloo 2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • curry masala powder 2 tsp
  • grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • roasted gram 2 tsp
  • fennel seed 1 tsp
  • oil 4 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the ginger and garlic
  • add onion and green chili and saute it for 2 mins
  • add tomato and mix well
  • add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix it
  • add 1 glass of water and allow to cook for 2 mins
  • add egg and mix well
  • now add chopped bread and mix well
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • now bread egg masala is ready to serve
