Fruit And Nuts Cake

This is simple and easy cake we can get more energy by taking this cake. This is Mixed with more nuts and fruits like dates, raisin. It’s very famous in Christmas time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mixed nuts and fruits
  • 5 Egg
  • 1 ½ Cake flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 170 gm Butter
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Separate egg yolk and white .
  • Mix nuts and fruits with cake flour and keep aside
  • Now Beat egg yolk and butter and sugar
  • Beat egg white till peak form
  • Now mix all ingredients in greased baking tray and pour in it
  • Bake cake in pre heated oven for 50 mins in 180 degree and allow to cool
  • Now the Fruit and Nuts Cake ready to serve
