Paneer Tikka Masala Restaurent Style

This is a great recipe made with paneer.Paneer tikka masala is a popular Punjabi recipe available in most of the north Indian restaurants.Paneer tikka masala is a simple recipe ie,marinated cheese cottage cheese cubes are grilled on stove top or in oven.Today i made paneer tikka masala in my home.It came out well.My husband and my son likes a lot. - Paneer tikka masala restaurent style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer chopped into cubes
  • 2 Tomato
  • 4 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kasthuri methi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Cream
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a big bowl add paneer pieces,tomato,onion and capsicum
  • Add chili powder,coriander powder and gram masala
  • Add ginger garlic paste to this.
  • Mix all well with our hand and keep refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Whet oil is hot add marinated paneer and veggies to kadai.Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once one side is cooked turn to other side too for 5 minutes.Keep aside.
  • Fry onions and tomato for 5 minutes in kadai.
  • Grind in a mixer and add to kadai.
  • Add marinated pieces to this gravy ,mix well together and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add cream to this and mix well.
  • Add kasthuri methi for this and mix all together well.
  • Now paneer tikka masala in restaurant style is ready.Serve with chapati,naan,roti,
