In a big bowl add paneer pieces, tomato, onion and capsicum.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Add ginger garlic paste to this.
Mix all well with hand and keep refrigerated for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai.
When oil is hot, add marinated paneer and veggies to the kadai and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Once one side is cooked, turn to the other side and cook for 5 more minutes. Keep aside.
Add some more oil in the kadai and fry chopped onions and tomato for 5 minutes.
When the onion tomato mixture has cooled a bit, grind in a mixer.
Add fried paneer capsicum pieces to this gravy, mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
Add cream to this and mix well.
Add kasuri methi and mix all together well.
Now paneer tikka masala is ready. Serve with chapati,naan,roti,
