Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer (chopped into cubes)
  • 2 nos. Tomato Chopped
  • 4 nos. Onion Chopped
  • 1 Capsicum Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a big bowl add paneer pieces, tomato, onion and capsicum.
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
  • Add ginger garlic paste to this.
  • Mix all well with hand and keep refrigerated for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • When oil is hot, add marinated paneer and veggies to the kadai and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once one side is cooked, turn to the other side and cook for 5 more minutes. Keep aside.
  • Add some more oil in the kadai and fry chopped onions and tomato for 5 minutes.
  • When the onion tomato mixture has cooled a bit, grind in a mixer.
  • Add fried paneer capsicum pieces to this gravy, mix well and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add cream to this and mix well.
  • Add kasuri methi and mix all together well.
  • Now paneer tikka masala is ready. Serve with chapati,naan,roti,
