Coffee cake is a sponge cake flavored with coffee. Coffee cake is a moist, tender cake that is usually topped with some kind of streusel topping and served alongside coffee or tea at breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 75 gm Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add coffee powder and boiling water mix well without lumps
  • In bowl sieve all flours and keep aside
  • In bowl add butter beat well
  • Add egg, sugar and beat well like cream consistency
  • Now add coffee water mix well
  • Now add flour and mix well gently
  • Now grease pan and pour the mixture Bake in a pre heat oven for 35 mins in 180 degree
  • Now its ready to serve Coffee cake and served with milk in breakfast
