Sprouts are soo healthy that is very essential for growing kids.here is simple way to enjoy sprouts energy with breads,chappati or even idlies

- different grain sprouts 1/2 cup
- onions 1/2 cup
- grated coconut 1/2 cup
- ginger garlic paste 1/2 sp
- red chilli 2 nos
- salt
saute onions and red chillies
add gratred coconut and ginger garlic paste
add salt pepper and sprouts
grind it together add seasoning and serve
