Cucumber Red Rice Poha
this is simple and easy to do. this very healthy and gives energy to all. this is mainly used for diet planning. this is good in fiber and easy digestive food

1 chopped Cucumber 1 cup Red Rice flakes 1 chopped Onion 1 string Curry leaves 2 chopped Green Chili 1 tsp Mustard 1 tsp Urad and channa dal 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp Oil
soak red rice flakes for 10 minutes and drain excess water
In pan add oil temper mustard and dals. saute onion, chili and curry leaves
Now saute with poha and mix well
Now add chopped cucumber. add salt and mix well
Now add lemon juice and mix well
Now its ready to serve
