Bread Vaattiyathu
This dish is the best evening time snack for school going kids. The coconut milk, egg used in this recipe gives you a healthy dish.

- 5 Bread slices
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 ½ Sugar
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Egg
- Oil as required
Mix the coconut milk with egg, sugar and cardamom powder

Cover the bread in it
Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan and fry both sides till brown color
Serve it as a evening snack
