Avoli Porichathu

Avoli plichathu is the most sought after Kerala delicacy. Avoli is a particular variety of fish which is mostly available in all districts of Kerala. This fish fry is prepared with the special marination of fish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pomfret fish aavoli
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbs Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves -as required
  • Garam masala pinch
  • 2 Green chilly paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients, except fish in 2 tablespoon of water. Marinate the fish with the masala and keep for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry in it
  • Serve it
