Ginger garlic paste

Chilly powder

Turmeric powder
Curry leaves

Garam masala
pinch

Green chilly
paste
Salt
to taste
Oil
as required
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, except fish in 2 tablespoon of water. Marinate the fish with the masala and keep for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry in it
