green peas 1 cup
ginger garlic each 1 sp
green chilli 1 no.
coriander few
salt
ghee 1 sp
jeera 1 sp
Instructions
grind peas,ginger,garlic,salt,coriander and green chillies
in ghee saute jeera
add the ground paste and stir slowly untill the moisture evaporates
spread a dough and keep the mixture in middle
fold all sides
cook both sides and serve
