Green Peas Paratha

this is a very healthy and easy paratha to make.

Ingredients
  

  • green peas 1 cup
  • ginger garlic each 1 sp
  • green chilli 1 no.
  • coriander few
  • salt
  • ghee 1 sp
  • jeera 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • grind peas,ginger,garlic,salt,coriander and green chillies
  • in ghee saute jeera
  • add the ground paste and stir slowly untill the moisture evaporates
  • spread a dough and keep the mixture in middle
  • fold all sides
  • cook both sides and serve
