Goungura Mutton Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 bunch goungura leaves
  • 300 grams mutton
  • 1 onion big
  • 2 tomatoes small
  • 5 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker. Heat oil. Add onion,1 tomato,3 green chillies,garlic n ginger paste,salt and saute well
  • Add mutton ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Pressure it for 5 to 10 mins
  • Spinach preparation: Mix spinach leaves, salt, 3 green chillies, and 1 tomato in a bowl and cook it for 5 to 8 mins and mash it well.
  • Mix the spinach mixture into the mutton gravy, and sprinkle coriander leaves Close lid and cook for another 2 mins. Serve hot

Notes

Side dish for biriyani, fried rice , roti, etc
