Mixed Flour Bonda
Bonda is a popular South Indian snack. mixed flour bonda gives good combination along with tea in the evening.

- Ragi flour 1/2 cup
- rice flour 1/2 cup
- maida 1/4 cup
- wheat flour 1/4 cup
- corn flour 1/4 cup
- onion 2 no.
- green chili 4 no.
- coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- salt to taste
- oil to fry
chop the onion,green chili and coriander and add into the bowl
add ragi flour, rice flour, maida, corn flour, wheat flour and salt
add water and make as thick consistence like bonda batter
heat the oil and put the batter into small pieces
fry it until it becomes crispy and remove from the oil
mixed flour bonda is ready. serve with tea
