Special Lemon Rice
It is a tasty rice which can be prepared easily.It is good for kids as well as adult lunch box.

- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Channa dal
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Ground nut
- 2 Red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon jiuice
- 1 cup Basmathi rice
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,when it splutter add channa dal and urad dal saute for 2 minutes.
Add ground nut to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Add red chili to this add lemon juice and saute for a minute.
Micro wave 1cup basmati rice with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
Add this cooked rice to kadai add curry leaves turmeric powder , red chilies and mix all well for 2 minutes.
