Corn Capsicum Ghee Rice

this is simple and easy lunch pack for kids and others. this is good for health and more tasty rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum i used two color
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 3-4 Green chili
  • 1/2 hand Mint and coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil/ ghee
  • 2 each Cardamom cinnamon cloves

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil/ ghee and temper Cardamom cinnamon cloves
  • Now add onion and green chili and saute well and ginger garlic paste saute
  • Now add capsicum and saute well
  • Now add corn kennel and saute
  • Now add Mint and coriander and mix well
  • Now add Coconut milk and water and add required salt and bring to boil
  • Soak rice before starting and add now in boiling mixture cook for 10 min in low flame
  • Now its ready to serve Corn Capsicum Ghee Rice
