Corn Capsicum Ghee Rice
this is simple and easy lunch pack for kids and others. this is good for health and more tasty rice.

- 1/4 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Capsicum i used two color
- 1 chopped Onion
- 3-4 Green chili
- 1/2 hand Mint and coriander leaves
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Oil/ ghee
- 2 each Cardamom cinnamon cloves
In pan add oil/ ghee and temper Cardamom cinnamon cloves
Now add onion and green chili and saute well and ginger garlic paste saute
Now add capsicum and saute well
Now add corn kennel and saute
Now add Mint and coriander and mix well
Now add Coconut milk and water and add required salt and bring to boil
Soak rice before starting and add now in boiling mixture cook for 10 min in low flame
Now its ready to serve Corn Capsicum Ghee Rice
