carrots 1/4 cup
beetroots 1/4 cup
cucumber 1/4 cup
cabbage 1/4 cup
capsicum 1/4 cup
tomatoes chop 1/4 cup
olive oil 1sp
lemon 1/2
white and black pepper 1 sp
Instructions
slice all the vegetables
mix with tomatoes
saute all for a minute with salt
swicth off the flame and add white and back peppers,olive oil, lemon juice and serve with lassi
