Spinach Brown Rice
a healthy lunch with low carb is this dish with brown rice ,raddish and spinach

- brown rice 1/2 cup
- green gram 1/4 cup
- raddish chopped 1/2 cup
- spinach 1/4 cup
- sambar powder 1 sp
- salt
- tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
- turmeric powder 1/4 sp
- mustard 1 sp
- ginger garlic 1 sp
- green chilli chopped 1 sp
- hing 1/2 sp
soak both rice and dal for 2 hrs
cook it in pressure along with raddish
in a pan saute onion,mustard ,ginger ,garlic,aesofotida,green chilli,
add tomatoes
add cut spinach
pour the cooked rice and add sambar powder,turmeric,salt
sim flame and cook till the raw smell goes and serve
