Ingredients
  

  • brown rice 1/2 cup
  • green gram 1/4 cup
  • raddish chopped 1/2 cup
  • spinach 1/4 cup
  • sambar powder 1 sp
  • salt
  • tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
  • turmeric powder 1/4 sp
  • mustard 1 sp
  • ginger garlic 1 sp
  • green chilli chopped 1 sp
  • hing 1/2 sp

Instructions
 

  • soak both rice and dal for 2 hrs
  • cook it in pressure along with raddish
  • in a pan saute onion,mustard ,ginger ,garlic,aesofotida,green chilli,
  • add tomatoes
  • add cut spinach
  • pour the cooked rice and add sambar powder,turmeric,salt
  • sim flame and cook till the raw smell goes and serve
