Spinach Chapati
this dish is rich in follic acid which is generally good for all ages with the energy required.

- onions 1/2 cup
- cabbage 1/2 cup
- gingerr garlic crushed
- capsicum 1/2 cup
- spinach 1 cup(palak)
- pepper 1/2 sp
- salt
- green chilli chopped 1 sp
saute onions and cabbage
add ginger garlic
add capsicum and spinach and green chilli
add pepper and salt
keep the spinach masala in the chapati and fold all sides
roll over it again like chapati and cook both sides and serve
