Vegetable Egg Scramble With Pears

Ingredients
  

  • eggs 2
  • cabbage
  • carrots
  • beans
  • capsicums
  • paneer
  • onion
  • 4 sp all above vegs chopped and taken 3
  • 4 sp oil
  • shreded ginger 1 sp
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • chop all the vegetables
  • saute all vegetabless except paneer in a pan to a soft cook
  • add shredded ginger and salt
  • add paneer pieces and pepper
  • beat two eggs and pour it in pan
  • slightly turn the eggs and mix with vegetables and serve
