Cucumber Capsicum Raitha

this is good and tasty raitha. its combo for all pulao and biriyani and roties and chapathi and we can had as salad too. its too healthy and good for energy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Spring Onion
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop all vegetables and keep aside
  • Now transfer to bowl
  • Now add curd and mix well
  • Now add salt, chat masala and pepper. mix well
  • Now if u like add olive oil( i did use)
  • Now its ready to serve Cucumber Capsicum Raitha
