Kothamali Uralai Varuval

This is simple and easy fry with kothamali and uralai. it gives good dish for curd rice

Ingredients
  

  • aloo 1 cup
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • green chili 2 no.
  • garlic 2 no.
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 5 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the aloo in cubes
  • take coriander leaves, garlic and green chili
  • grind it and make as paste
  • heat the oil in the kadai and add aloo and mix it
  • add coriander paste and mix well
  • add turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  • allow to cook until the aloo get cooked well
  • now kothamali uralai varuval is ready to serve
