boil the aloo and smash it
chop the onion, garlic and ginger
chop the mutton into very small pieces, clean and wash it
in a pan heat the oil and add ginger garlic
add onion and saute it for 2 mins until it turn into brown
add mutton, mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
add mint leaves and mix well
add 3 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cook well
once the mutton get cooked add smashed aloo and mix well
and allow to cook in the medium flame for 5 mins
now toast the bread both the side by applying oil
now apply the mutton masala
cover it by other toasted bread and again keep it in tawa and toast it for 1 min both the side
now mutton sandwich is ready
