Mutton Sandwich

Mutton Sandwich is a delicious Continental recipe served as a Snack. this is very simple ans easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Bread 4 no.
  • Mutton 100 gram
  • aloo 2 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • garlic 3 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • oil 4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • boil the aloo and smash it
  • chop the onion, garlic and ginger
  • chop the mutton into very small pieces, clean and wash it
  • in a pan heat the oil and add ginger garlic
  • add onion and saute it for 2 mins until it turn into brown
  • add mutton, mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
  • add mint leaves and mix well
  • add 3 glass of water and mix well and allow to cook until the mutton get cook well
  • once the mutton get cooked add smashed aloo and mix well
  • and allow to cook in the medium flame for 5 mins
  • now toast the bread both the side by applying oil
  • now apply the mutton masala
  • cover it by other toasted bread and again keep it in tawa and toast it for 1 min both the side
  • now mutton sandwich is ready
