Grape Lassi

Grape Lassi is yet another cool and refreshing drink to beat the heat in summers. Black grapes blend very well with curds and also provide lots of fibre. It is a calcium brimming drink.

Ingredients
  

  • black grapes 1 cup
  • milk (low fat) 1/2 cup
  • yogurt 1/2 cup
  • 4 sp sugar 3

Instructions
 

  • grind the grapes along with yogurt
  • add milk and sugar and blend to gether
  • refrigerate and serve chill
