chicken liver half kg
perumjeerakam half tsp
nalla jeerakam half tsp
cinnamon bark 2 to 3 pieces
clove 4 pieces
pepper 4
cardamom 2
onion 1
ginger 1 inch piece
garlic 5 cloves
pudina leaves 5 to 6
coriander powder 2 tsp
chilly powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil as needed
Instructions
mix liver with all the powders
take all spices
heat a pan
Add oil to it and when its hot, add the spices
sauté it well and then add ginger and garlic
sauté it for 2 minutes.
then add liver to it
stir well and add pudhina leaves .
close it for 5 minutes.
then open it and stir .
add onion to it
stir well.
cook it in a low flame and let it fry well.
when the oil gets out and its nicely fried off the flame.
transfer to the serving dish.
