Special Liver Fry Roast

its a crispy roast of liver that's very tasty .

Ingredients
  

  • chicken liver half kg
  • perumjeerakam half tsp
  • nalla jeerakam half tsp
  • cinnamon bark 2 to 3 pieces
  • clove 4 pieces
  • pepper 4
  • cardamom 2
  • onion 1
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • pudina leaves 5 to 6
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • chilly powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as needed

Instructions
 

  • mix liver with all the powders
  • take all spices
  • heat a pan
  • Add oil to it and when its hot, add the spices
  • sauté it well and then add ginger and garlic
  • sauté it for 2 minutes.
  • then add liver to it
  • stir well and add pudhina leaves .
  • close it for 5 minutes.
  • then open it and stir .
  • add onion to it
  • stir well.
  • cook it in a low flame and let it fry well.
  • when the oil gets out and its nicely fried off the flame.
  • transfer to the serving dish.
