Kambu Koozh(pearl Millet)

kambu koozh(pearl millet) is very healthy and highly nutritious. This kambu koozh is known to cool the body, so it is considered a perfect drink during summer. It is also rich in proteins and fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • kambu sadam 1 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • 4 nos baby onions 3
  • ginger grated 1 sp
  • green chilli 1/4 sp (chopped)
  • coriander and curry leaf

Instructions
 

  • cook kambu rice by adding 1:4 water in a cooker
  • beat ginger ,chilli, curry leafs and coriander leaves along with curd
  • dilute kambu rice with minimum water and mix it with the beaten curd
  • serve with raw onions
