Bitter Gourd Pickle ( Andhra Style )
This is a small effort to bring Andhra authentic recipes in limelight. it is easy to prepare and good in taste

- Bitter Gourd 100gm
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- oil 25 ml
- mustard 2 tsp
- fenugeek seed 2 tsp
Chop the bitter gourd
in a pan heat the 2 tsp of oil and add bitter gourd and turmeric powder and fry it
allow to cook until the bitter gourd change into light brown in medium flame
fry the mustard and fenugreek in a pan without oil
make a powder by grinding it
in plastic or glass bowl add fried bitter gourd, red chili powder, salt,oil and mustard fenugreek powder and mix well
allow for 2 days
now bitter gourd pickle is ready.
