Nadan Vazhuthananga Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Brinjal
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash brinjal and keep aside.Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and onions saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add green chilies to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add washed brinjal to this add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5 minutes until they become tender and cooked. Add turmeric powder and salt and cook for 5 minutes..
  • Then add pepper powder and gram masala and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Nadan vazhuthananga masala is ready.
