Ragi / Finger Millet Bonda

Ragi pakoda is a simple and tasty dish that can be made in no time. Ragi is the best food for weight control, diabetes and cooling the body.

Ingredients
  

  • Ragi / finger millet flour 2 cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Onion 1 no.
  • Green chili 4 no.
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 1/5 cup
  • Curry leaves 10 no.
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves
  • in a bowl add ragi / finger millet, chopped green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and corn flour
  • add water and mix well
  • heat the oil in the pan and fry it by small balls
  • Remove from oil
  • now ragi / finger millet pakoda is ready. serve with hot coffee or tea
