Mochai (lima Beans) Fry

this is good season to get fresh lima beans which is an excellent source of diatary fiber and it is good iron content.

Ingredients
  

  • mochai beans 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • green chilli 2 no.
  • turmerioc powder 1/4 sp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 sp
  • salt as required
  • coconut grated 2 sp
  • fried gram 2 sp
  • garlic flakes 4 no.

Instructions
 

  • cook beans in water along with turmeric and little salt. strain exess water
  • in a pan temper mustard seeds with chillies and onions
  • when it turns soft add cooked beans to it.
  • make a paste of coconut , fried gram and garlic
  • add the paste and salt
  • add red chilli powder to it ,stir well untill masala gers roasted and serve
