green grams are very nutritive and this method of preparing spreds easily to a thin layer to make a healthy and tasty roast

Ingredients
  

  • green gram 1 cup
  • baby onions 1 cup
  • garlic 4 flakes
  • ginger small piece
  • green chilli 2 no.
  • cumin seeds 1 sp.
  • curry leafs few
  • coriander leafs few
  • salt as required

Instructions
 

  • soak green grams over night
  • take all the ingredients and grind it together along with green gram
  • make a batter like this and add salt
  • spread it in dosa pan very thinly turn both sides with 1 spoon oil and serve
