Ridge Gourd Pal Curry
this is an execellet gravy made with milk without adding coconut...that suits for both rice and tiffins

- ridge gourd chopped 1cup
- milk 1 cup
- onion chopped 1 cup
- coriander powder 2 spoons
- salt
- turmeric powder
- red chilli 2 no.
- greenchilli 2 no.
- curry leaf few
- 1 spoon mustard channa dal, urad dal
heat pan add seasonings with red chilli
add onion
after onions turn soft add green chillies and curry leaves
now add coriander powder , salt and turmeric powder
let the raw smell go and add ridge gourd
when the ridge gourd is half cooked ad milk to it
let the milk boil for 2 min. and simmer it.. the milk will curdle and leave the sides
simmer for two mins. and serve
