Ridge Gourd Pal Curry

this is an execellet gravy made with milk without adding coconut...that suits for both rice and tiffins

Ingredients
  

  • ridge gourd chopped 1cup
  • milk 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • coriander powder 2 spoons
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • red chilli 2 no.
  • greenchilli 2 no.
  • curry leaf few
  • 1 spoon mustard channa dal, urad dal

Instructions
 

  • heat pan add seasonings with red chilli
  • add onion
  • after onions turn soft add green chillies and curry leaves
  • now add coriander powder , salt and turmeric powder
  • let the raw smell go and add ridge gourd
  • when the ridge gourd is half cooked ad milk to it
  • let the milk boil for 2 min. and simmer it.. the milk will curdle and leave the sides
  • simmer for two mins. and serve
