Coconut Thogayal

this is very simple and beginneer can do easily. this coconut thogayal is good combo to hot rice and idly dosa.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • Tamarind small ball
  • 2 tblsp Urad dal
  • 3 Red chili
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • Salt as taste

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and fry urad dal and red chili
  • Now add coconut and fry till transparent texture comes
  • Now add tamarind and salt and allow to cool
  • Now grind coarsely and keep aside
  • Now temper with mustard and serve Coconut thogayal is ready
