Channa Salad

Chana Salad is High in B vitamins, this dish is a perfect healthy way to satisfy your craving for spicy foods.

Ingredients
  

  • channa 1 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • carrot 1 no,
  • coconut 2 piece
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • soak the channa in water for 3 hours and boil it by adding water and salt, allow for 5 whistles
  • finely chop the onion and grate the carrot and coconut
  • in a bowl add boiled channa, chopped onion, grated coconut, carrot, salt, lemon juice and pepper
  • mix well, until the spice get mix well
  • garnish with coriander leaves. channa salad is ready
