- carrot 1 no,
- coconut 2 piece
- lemon juice 2 tsp
- salt to taste
- pepper 1/2 tsp
- coriander leaves to garnish
soak the channa in water for 3 hours and boil it by adding water and salt, allow for 5 whistles
finely chop the onion and grate the carrot and coconut
in a bowl add boiled channa, chopped onion, grated coconut, carrot, salt, lemon juice and pepper
mix well, until the spice get mix well
garnish with coriander leaves. channa salad is ready
