Pineapple Tomato Soup

this soup is a very good appetizer before taking up a heavy meal.it has a mouth watering tangy taste

Ingredients
  

  • pineapple chopped 1 cup
  • tomatoes chopped 1 cup
  • green chilly 1no.
  • ginger small piece
  • bay leaf 1no.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • white pepper 1/4 tea spoon
  • water 3 cups

Instructions
 

  • take a bowl and add pineapple pieces
  • to it add tomatoes
  • also add 1 whole green chilly and 1 small ginger bit
  • now add few mint leaves and one bay leaf
  • add water and pressure cook it in a medium flame for one whistle.
  • after cooked carefully remove the green chilly, ginger and bay leaf
  • strain the water and grind the pulp in a mixer and add it to the water strained
  • again heat the soup in a low flame for a minute and add the required salt, pepper, and white pepper
  • now our tangy pineapple tomato soup is ready
