Saucy Parota Masala

this recipe is my new innovative, is made with shredded Parotta, & sauces

Ingredients
  

  • Parota 4 no.
  • onion 2 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • greeen chili 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 3 tsp
  • soya sauce 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • finely chop the onion, green chili, tomato and cut the parota as a layer
  • in pan heat the oil and add onion and green chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  • add tomato and saute it
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out
  • add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix well
  • add tomato sauce and soya sauce and mix well until the sauce get mix well with the masala
  • add parota and mix well
  • all to cook for 5 mins
  • instant chili parota is ready
