Saucy Pasta Masala

this is a chinese recipe which is my own innovative, and taste is too tasty and colourful

Ingredients
  

  • Pasta 100g
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chili 1
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 4 tsp
  • ajinomoto 2 pinch
  • oil 4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  • boil the water , add salt, oil and pasta and boil it, turn off the flame once the pasta gets cooked.
  • once the paste get cooked, wash with cold water
  • in a pan heat the oil and add onion and green chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  • add tomato and saute it
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix well, until the raw smell goes out
  • add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well
  • add pasta and mix well until the masala get mix well with pasta
  • now add soya sauce , tomato sauce and ajinomoto and mix well until the sauce get mix well with the pasta, and cook in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • saucy pasta is ready to serve
