clean and wash the drumstick leaves
powder the peanut
chop the onion, and red chili
in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard and broken urad dal
add curry leaves,red chili and onion and saute it until the onion turn into brown
add drum stick leaves and mix well
add salt and mix well
add one glass of water, mix well and allow to cook until the water get dry
add peanut powder, mix well
allow to cook for 2 minutes in medium flame and turn off the flame
drumstick leaves poriyal is ready to serve
