Instant Healthy Ragi Dosa

Ragi is a nutritious grain which is a good food for south india.This is a healthy break fast recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix ragi flour,wheat flour,onions,green chilli,salt in a vessel.
  • Add 1 cup water and salt and stir well properly.
  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves saute for a minute and add this tempering to ragi batter and mix well.
  • Mix every thing well and keep for a minute.
  • Heat dosa tawa in a medium flame and smear oil on tawa take laddle full of batter pour it over tawa from center to side in circular motion.Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil around sides of dosa.
  • When one side of dosa cooked turn to other side with spatula.Cook for 30 to 40 seconds in medium flame.
  • Fold and serve this hot ragi dosa with chutney.
