Mix ragi flour,wheat flour,onions,green chilli,salt in a vessel.
Add 1 cup water and salt and stir well properly.
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves saute for a minute and add this tempering to ragi batter and mix well.
Mix every thing well and keep for a minute.
Heat dosa tawa in a medium flame and smear oil on tawa take laddle full of batter pour it over tawa from center to side in circular motion.Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil around sides of dosa.
When one side of dosa cooked turn to other side with spatula.Cook for 30 to 40 seconds in medium flame.
