purchase the old taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ). and boil in the pressure cooker by adding salt and water and allow for 2 whistles and peel the skin
cut into round shape
in a bowl add taro root, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste, maida, rice flour, corn flour and mix well by adding little water
add taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) and mix well and marinate for 10 minutes
in a pan heat the oil and fry the taro root ( cheppa kizhangu ) until it becomes crispy
