This yummy Masala Pori is a right option for you... We can concoct this in minutes and also with less oil so it is a very healthy evening snack. this is a good snack in the rainy season

Ingredients
  

  • Pori / Puffed rice 2 cup
  • carrot ( small ) 1
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • garlic 4
  • groundnut 1 tsp
  • roasted gram 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch
  • coconut oil 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • grate the carrot
  • finely chop the onion,tomato and crush the garlic
  • in bowl add pori / puffed rice, carrot, onion, tomato, garlic, groundnut, roasted gram, salt, red chili powder and coconut oil and mix well
  • masala pori is ready.
