Chop the mushroom and wash with the hot water.
in pan heat the oil and add onion and green chili , saute it until it turn into brown
add ginger garlic paste and mix well, until the raw smell goes out
add pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
add chopped mushroom and mix well and allow to cook. dont add water
add grated coconut and mix well
add boiled and smashed aloo and mix well
mushroom mix is ready
in a bowl add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed, asafoetida, maida,corn flour
add turmeric powder and rice flour and mix well by adding some water
make as fine batter
from the mushroom mix, take small ball and dip into the batter
heat the oil and fry the mushroom dip
mushroom bonda is ready to serve. serve with tea or coffee
