Kathrikka Upperi
Kathrika upperi is a traditional side dish of kerala that we can eat with rice and chappathi

- 5 Brinjal
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Green Chillies
Heat oil in a kadai add onions and green chilli and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped brinjal and salt sauté for 2 minutes.
Add water and cook for 2 minutes in a high flame.
After that close the lid and boil for 1 minute.
Now kathrika upperi is ready.
We can serve hot.
