Mushroom Chili

Mushroom chili is the best dry recipe as a side dish for fried rice.

Ingredients
  

  • chopped mushroom 1 cup
  • red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • rice flour 1 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • maida 1/2 tsp
  • lemon 1 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the mushroom and clean with hot water
  • in a bowl add mushroom, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, rice flour, corn flour, maida and lemon
  • mix well and marinate for half an hour
  • heat the oil in the pan and fry the mushroom.
  • mushroom chili ready to serve.
