Broccoli Carrot Stir Fry

It is a tasty and easy recipe.It is a healthy and nutritious recipe.Carrot is good for eye sight.Brocoli is also healthy one.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Brocoli
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard and cumin seeds saute for a minute.
  • Add onions,green chilies,turmeric powder and chilli powder saute for a minute.
  • Add chopped cooked carrot and 1 cup water and salt boil for 5 minutes.
  • Close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli to this carrot and stir well ,now it is ready to serve.
