Broccoli Carrot Stir Fry
It is a tasty and easy recipe.It is a healthy and nutritious recipe.Carrot is good for eye sight.Brocoli is also healthy one.

- 2 Carrot
- 1/2 cup Brocoli
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard and cumin seeds saute for a minute.
Add onions,green chilies,turmeric powder and chilli powder saute for a minute.
Add chopped cooked carrot and 1 cup water and salt boil for 5 minutes.
Close lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli to this carrot and stir well ,now it is ready to serve.
