Easy Upittu
It is an easy and tasty breakfast for kids and adults.It is easy breakfast to prepare especially for working women.

- 1/2 cup Fried rava
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Red chilli
- 4 Chilly
- 1 tsp Groundnut
- 4 Curry leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard when it splutter add red chilly, curry leaves and groundnut. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Add onions and green chillies. sauté for a minute.
Add water and salt boil for 2 minutes.
Add fried rava to this and stir continuously for 2 minutes until water completely dried up and rava is cooked well.
Now easy upittu is ready.
