Steamed Rice Cutlet

Ingredients
  

  • steamed rice 1 cup
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • beans 1/4 cup
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • paneer 1/6 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chilli 1 no.
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • maida 2 tsp
  • bread crumbs 1 cup
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum
  • in a pan heat the oil and add the onion and green chilli and saute it for 3 minutes, until the onion turn into brown
  • add the carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum and mix well
  • add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  • add steamed rice and mix well and turn off the flame
  • from the cutlet mixture, take small ball and make as a circle shape or cutlet shape
  • in a bowl mix maida and water and make as a batter and dip the cutlet mixture
  • dip in the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil in the pan and fry the cutlet and allow to cook in a medium flame, until it becomes crispy
  • now steamed rice cutlet is ready to serve. serve with ketchup
