chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum
in a pan heat the oil and add the onion and green chilli and saute it for 3 minutes, until the onion turn into brown
add the carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum and mix well
add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
add steamed rice and mix well and turn off the flame
from the cutlet mixture, take small ball and make as a circle shape or cutlet shape
in a bowl mix maida and water and make as a batter and dip the cutlet mixture
dip in the bread crumbs
heat the oil in the pan and fry the cutlet and allow to cook in a medium flame, until it becomes crispy
now steamed rice cutlet is ready to serve. serve with ketchup
