Steamed Rice Paneer Kofta

This is yet another classic Paneer recipe for all paneer lovers out there. It is a much simpler version compared to Malai Kofta.

Ingredients
  

  • steamed rice 1 cup
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • beans 1/4 cup
  • boiled aloo 1/4 cup
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • paneer 1/2 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chilli 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1/4 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flour 1 tsp
  • rice flour 1 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and grate the paneer
  • in a bowl add steamed rice, onion, green chilli, paneer, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, aloo, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala cumin seed powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
  • make as dough
  • from the mixture, take some and make as a ball
  • take the ball and dust with the maida
  • heat the oil in the pan and fry the kofta for 10 minutes in a medium flame
  • steamed rice paneer kofta is ready. serve with sauce
