Kerala Style Palak Thoran

It is a tasty recipe which we can eat with rice ,chappathi,naan etc.It is full of vitamins and is good for health.It is a tasty recipe too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Palak
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard, when it splutters add red chilli sauté for a minute.
  • Add chopped palak leaves to this and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Grind coconut, cumin seeds, onion and green chilly in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to palak, add salt and mix well. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Now Kerala style palak thoran is ready.
