Kerala Style Palak Thoran
It is a tasty recipe which we can eat with rice ,chappathi,naan etc.It is full of vitamins and is good for health.It is a tasty recipe too.

- 1 cup Palak
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 tsp Mustard
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard, when it splutters add red chilli sauté for a minute.
Add chopped palak leaves to this and sauté for 2 minutes.
Grind coconut, cumin seeds, onion and green chilly in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to palak, add salt and mix well. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Now Kerala style palak thoran is ready.
