Peanut Ashoka

This is a simple and easy to do recipe. this is a newly tried recipe with peanut and greengram.. This is very tasty and kids will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Green Gram
  • 1/2 cup Peanut
  • 1/2 cup Wheat
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 10 Cashew
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Food color pinch
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Peanut oil

Instructions
 

  • Fry green gram well and allow to cool
  • Fry peanut and allow to cool
  • Now both grind and keep aside
  • In pan add ghee fry cashew
  • In same ghee pan add wheat now fry and allow to cool
  • In a weigh bottom pan, add sugar and water. bring to boil
  • Now add all powder and mix well
  • Now add stir without leave your hand add food color and cardmom powder
  • Now added ghee and peanut mix well
  • In last stage when it comes halwa stage . now add cashew and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Peanut Ashoka
